You want to know how a new material will perform on your machine? We use analytical methods and laboratory extruders to simulate the real conditions of your processing.

Mechanical properties
Do you need support when it comes to determining the mechanical characteristic values of the plastic you are using? We will determine these for you, explain the correlations and give you recommendations for material selection.

Stability and stiffness of the products

Weathering/UV resistance, thermostability
Outdoor articles in particular require a high level of UV and weather protection. We simulate the application under extreme conditions in special weathering chambers. We also determine the resistance to thermal damage during processing.
